Cancellation Policy

We want to ensure that every client who visits our studio has a fantastic experience. To achieve this, we kindly ask that you take a moment to review our policies and adhere to them. Please understand that delays in one client can affect the quality of service we provide to the succeeding ones. Let's respect everyone's time slot. Reschedule and Cancellation Policy -Rescheduling is free of charge but can only be made no later than 3 days before your reserved time slot. -No refunds or free rebooking within the lock-in period of 3 days before your reserved time slot. -A rescheduling fee of Php 380 will be charged should you wish to reschedule your slot after the lock-in period takes effect. 
 -Cancellation can only be made not later than 3 days before the reserved time slot with a fee of Php 320. -Clients not showing up during their reserved time slot are not eligible for refunds. Late Policy -Please arrive on time! We're going to start the timer exactly at your time schedule. -If you arrive and the timer has already started, you may still use the remaining time allocation of your package. -Clients who arrive later than 10 minutes of the scheduled time will not be accommodated. They may reschedule within the day, ONLY IF there is still an available slot for the day. -Printed and digital copies can be claimed the next day. To avoid these, arrive at our studio 5-10 minutes before your time schedule.
